Chair yoga instructor workshop (4 hours)

In this workshop, you will learn "Chair Yoga for Children" that can be easily used in educational settings and daily life.

Yoga Ed.'S Chair Yoga focuses on providing a 1-15 minute "brainbreak" for children to use every day without the need for tools or experience. Therefore, you will acquire a wide range of basic ideas and tools necessary to practice a yoga break that can be done in a short time with children.

It can be used for refreshment time that enhances children's concentration, supports learning, and facilitates class management, such as morning and return meetings, physical education meetings, and switching from breaks to classes.

Although the content is aimed at children, it is also possible for the instructor to share a comfortable time through the class.

It can also be used as a communication tool with children in daily life.

You don't need to have yoga skills or knowledge.

You can share simple and easy-to-use yoga and mindfulness tools with your children every day.

A certificate of completion of the workshop will also be issued.

• Workshop content includes Yoga Ed.'S educational philosophy, behavioral management, evidence-based in-class yoga effectiveness, how to formulate lesson plans according to standards, and chair yoga exercises for children.
